They are very nicely located, just a stone throw away from the beautiful city walls.
The bicycles are very well maintained and the staff is very keen giving all the relevant advice...
It was 6 of us and we got the little bike for my son for free...!!
all the accessories and equipment (helmets, locks and maps of Lucca too.....!!) are provided.

โ โ โ โ โ Poor, rude service along with poorly maintained bikes.
Google says they open at 9, but they didn't open until 10a. No posted hours, so who knows if this was just poor communication or something else.
I didn't ride more than 10 feet before the chain came off the sprocket on to the axle due to the front derailleur stop being improperly adjusted. They acted like it was somehow my fault.
Bike #2 had slightly lazy shifting and a loose headset or stem. Good enough for a short ride, so we continued.
Returned about 1 hr 7 minutes later, including bike #1 return and bike #2 adjustment time. I was charged for two hours.
The town is full of rental shops. You can do a lot better than this place.
