The managers are helpful and friendly and you can see that they have a passion for their job.
The bikes are in excellent quality and even the city bikes have gears.

β β β β β Excellent bike rental service. We rented two ebikes and did a trip to the Parco Regionale Migliarino and later to the beach. The bikes were excellent and ready to ride as we arrived. They gave us great tips and provided us with many accessories including an app with tours through Pisa, all free of charge. We definitely recommend this place and would go there next time we are in Pisa. :)

β β β β β I had a beautiful experience going to marina di Pisa on the new E-bike from Smile & Ride. Privileged to be the first customer!! It is an excellent bike!! So effortless, smooth and fun to ride.
The owner, Elena, suggested I take the marina route instead of the lake experience.
She thought I would appreciate this more and she was absolutely right. Iβm glad I followed her instinct. Bellissimo!! ??

β β β β β Located next to the train station in Pisa making pick up of bikes very easy. We rented two gravel bikes for 5 days and found the bikes and accessories to be of high quality which made a big difference to our journey. Elena and team were very helpful during booking, in advance of arrival and at pick-up.
We did have β¬59 deducted from our deposit due to small scratches on one handlebar which was purely cosmetic, not affecting the function of the part replaced. Our understanding would have been that this is general wear and tear of the bike. Otherwise a great service overall :)

β β β β β Perfect service, the owners recommended best bike for my around-Pisa exploring. Besides the bike, they also consulted my ride idea, and provided with a very usefull app with maps, (and phone holder for a small free- 3β¬) that included local trails. Simply, if you consider biking around Pisa, do not hesitate to use their service! Awesome experience, very friendly staff, and a lot to explore! After all I did 60km, highly recommend!

β β β β β Highly recommended. Elena & Marco were so helpful that I gave them gifts from NYC! They have solid bikes. 5 mins walk from the main train station in Pisa. They offer an app with great sightseeing rides. They know they larger area and give good advice about bringing a bike on the train.

β β β β β We rented a tandem bicycle here and took the Pisa tour. Booked through Tripadvisor. Very helpful and friendly staff.
The bike was in good working conditions. (always good to have). The tour was nice a passed the highlights of Pisa.
I would highly recommend doing this as an activity. Takes around 3,5 hrs to complete the tour in a relaxed pace. I would not recommend this tour with small children, as there are a few busy roads to cross and Italian traffic is not so bike attentive.

β β β β β Super fun experience! We took 4 bicycles, we did a tour from the shop to the Pisa tower and back, everything was perfect, bikes are in super good condition, you get a lock, a basket, 5 stars!
