★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very easy and friendly service. We hired 2 good condition road bikes for 35€ each (1 day) with helmets and spd sl pedals. Walked into the shop to order for the next day, picked the bikes up that evening so we had them for the following morning. Staff were nice and helpful and kindly let us keep the water bottle we borrowed. Thank you! We had a great day out riding Monte Serra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually go out of my way to leave a review, but I had a really good experience here. One of the only shops open on a Sunday and I had an urgent issue. The mechanic is a really nice guy and managed to do it the same day. Price was very good. Would definitely return

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our ebikes were top quality - even the seats were comfortable and new. Ceasar helped us plan out our route in the country side. These were definitely real bikes, not cheap tourist ones, but the pricing was very reasonable.

Cesare helped me out with a rental bike after my own bike had some technical failures (warranty issue). He's really helpful and kind.
When in Lucca, visit Pro Classic Cycle, you won't be disappointed! Thanks Cesare for the help and for pointing out the best coffee place!
