Certo ha delle firme che capisco si devono pagare e spesso ne vale la pena..mi piace tutto di questo negozio uno dei più belli della città. Ottimissimo. I always liked the Panda..They like the choice of clothing and footwear, even if it's not really accessible to me. Of course it has signatures that I understand you have to pay and often it's worth it .. I like everything about this store, one of the most beautiful in the city. Ottimissimo.
G	Gigi Torricelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non ho dato 5 stelle perche anche se personale molto sveglio ho trovato troppa gente e dopo mezzora di attesa sono uscito senza poter provare un paio di scarpe, 2 minuti in piu mi sarebbe venuto mal di testa dalla confusione. bel negozio comunque con tanto assortimento I did not give 5 stars because even if very smart staff I found too many people and after half an hour of waiting I went out without being able to try on a pair of shoes, 2 minutes more I would have had a headache from the confusion. nice shop anyway with lots of assortment

Sono cliente da qualche anno e mi sono sempre trovata benissimo. Hanno delle scarpe anche molto particolari e la spesa non è troppo alta. Undoubtedly one of the best shoe shops I've served myself in. Wide variety of types, models, prices, excellent quality. I have been a customer for a few years and have always had a great time. They also have very special shoes and the expense is not too high.

Ho acquistato alcuni articoli in questo negozio e mi è stato proposto di fare la tessera fedeltà, sulla quale ho accumulato punti per un valore economico di € 20,00, da scalare entro una determinata data (mi sembra il 21 marzo). Purtroppo la data di scadenza è arrivata e noi della provincia di Pistoia, eravamo in zona rossa. Mi sono subito preoccupata di telefonare per chiedere come dovevo comportarmi data la particolare situazione. La signora che mi ha risposto al telefono, mi ha assicurato che dal momento in cui mi sarei potuta muovere, avrei avuto due settimane di tempo per recarmi in negozio e utilizzare il credito. Così ho fatto: mi sono recata in negozio a Lucca (pagando autostrada, benzina, parcheggio...)e mi sono sentita dire che i punti erano stati azzerati, che avrebbero dovuto chiamare il commercialista per sapere di preciso quanti fossero (non si sono fidati della mia parola) e che mi avrebbero richiamata loro. Premesso che forse non sarei neanche più tornata dato che non abito vicinissimo a Lucca, ma il problema non si è posto perché non sono mai stata contattata. Io mi chiedo se un negozio di quel livello ha bisogno di non riconoscere un buono da €20,00. Questa cosa mi ha lasciato senza parole. Per me al di là degli articoli in vendita, conta molto la serietà. Voto ZERO. NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. I bought some items in this shop and I was offered to make the loyalty card, on which I accumulated points for an economic value of € 20.00, to be redeemed by a certain date (it seems to me March 21st). Unfortunately the expiration date has arrived and we in the province of Pistoia were in the red zone. I immediately bothered to call to ask how I should behave given the particular situation. The lady who answered the phone assured me that from the moment I could move, I would have two weeks to go to the store and use the credit. So I did: I went to the shop in Lucca (paying for the motorway, gasoline, parking ...) and I was told that the points had been reset, that they should have called the accountant to find out exactly how many there were (they didn't trust my word) and that they would call me back. Given that perhaps I would not even come back since I don't live very close to Lucca, but the problem did not arise because I was never contacted. I wonder if a shop of that level needs not to recognize a € 20.00 voucher. This thing left me speechless. For me, beyond the items on sale, seriousness matters a lot. ZERO rating.
