★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo un messaggio molto inquietante di fermo apparso sulla macchina sull'autostrada con un rischio rottura del motore e rumori altrettanto preoccupanti, sono capitata (Grazie Google!) nel garage di Tito Zanella. Le parole non bastano per definire la sua gentilezza, solerzia e disponibilità. In meno di un'ora ha riparato il tutto (cambio iniettore) con una professionalità che non ha uguali. Io e la mia famiglia gli siamo molto riconoscenti perché, oltre allo spavento per il guasto, ha saputo rassicurarci e ci ha permesso di tornare a casa in giornata (avevamo ancora 1000km da percorrere) grazie al suo rapido e efficiente intervento. Renault può ritenersi molto fortunata ad avere collaboratori così ! Grazie ancora al Signor.Zanella e alla sua gentilissima moglie.
After a very disturbing message of stop appeared on the car on the highway with a risk of engine breakdown and equally disturbing noises, I happened (Thanks Google!) In Tito Zanella's garage. Words are not enough to define his kindness, diligence and availability. In less than an hour he repaired everything (injector change) with a professionalism that has no equal. My family and I are very grateful to him because, in addition to the fear of the breakdown, he was able to reassure us and allowed us to return home within the day (we still had 1000km to go) thanks to his quick and efficient intervention. Renault can be very fortunate to have employees like this! Thanks again to Mr. Zanella and his very kind wife.
