Siamo stati seguiti da Luca Barin, una persona estremamente professionale e cortese, che ci ha guidato all’interno del vasto showroom illustrandoci tutte le possibili soluzioni, e dandoci consigli tecnici ed estetici molto preziosi. I prezzi sono in linea con la concorrenza ma sicuramente la professionalità del staff e la storicità dell’azienda fanno la differenza. Giovanni,persona altamente professionale , che nonostante la difficoltà di poter realizzare una sola portafinestra e dico...una sola... è stato così disponibile a intrattenersi al telefono con me per consigliarmi al meglio e garantirmi una consegna che si avvicinasse il più possibile alla fine della mia ristrutturazione. E così è stato! Mi ha accontentata. .Il montaggio è stato curato nei minimi particolari dal Sig.Leonardo che ringrazio di cuore. Anche lui persona molto disponibile e professionale. Mi hanno installato in pochi giorni 27 serramenti cosa a cui non volevo credere con una puntualità a dir poco unica, considerando il contesto non facile per la reperibilità della materia prima. Considerando che una società è fatta di uomini, di relazioni, uomini persone che ho avuto la fortuna di incontrare in questo percorso non facile. Quindi non posso esimermi dal complimentarmi con il Sig. Luca Barin che ha seguito tutto l'iter sia commerciale che tecnico senza al una sbavatura. Con una professionalità, disponibilità e puntualità encomiabile. A seguire Davide e Andrea due bravissime persone che hanno eseguito l'installazione con una serietà e precisione fantastica. Prima di arrivare all’azienda Bortoletto avevamo avuto altri tre contatti con altre aziende ma nemmeno lontanamente paragonaibili. Il prodotto (parliamo di legno) è di altissima qualità e la definizione dei dettagli non è da meno. Senza contare l’enorme passione, competenza, professionalità e pazienza di Giovanni che ci ha guidato passo passo mostrandoci la nascita del prodotto dal legno grezzo fino al montaggio, impareggiabile. Lo consiglio assolutamente perché merita! Ed anche a me era stato consigliato da un amico.
