Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta del lavoro svolto e del montaggio dei serramenti che devo dire è di ottima qualità, super funzionale e dal design moderno. Ho scelto serramenti triplo vetro legno-alluminio con zanzariere e porte in legno. Nonostante ci siano stati ritardi nella consegna per cause a loro non imputabili hanno saputo gestire la cosa con professionalità e questa cosa mi è piaciuta molto. Il prezzo è in linea con la qualità del prodotto. Raccomando Cacco Serramenti a chi vuole star sereno ed essere seguito e consigliato non solo nella fase iniziale ma anche nel post vendita e avere dei serramenti che durano in eterno. 5 STELLE I chose Cacco Serramenti because the staff, in particular the consultant who followed me, Matteo, has always been attentive to my needs from the first meeting, available, patient and immediate in managing problems. I was very satisfied with the work done and the assembly of the windows which I must say is of excellent quality, super functional and with a modern design. I chose triple glazed wood-aluminum windows with mosquito nets and wooden doors. Although there have been delays in delivery for reasons not attributable to them, they have been able to handle it professionally and I really liked this thing. The price is in line with the quality of the product. I recommend Cacco Serramenti to those who want to be calm and be followed and advised not only in the initial phase but also in the post-sale and have windows that last forever. 5 STARS

Product quality, excellent price, but non-existent after-sales, contacts several times by e-mail and by phone, they have never come forward for a repair from damage done by us for which we are at our expense.

Il personale non è professionale: continuano a mentire sia sui materiali che sui tempi di consegna che ovviamente non hanno rispettato. Dopo 4 mesi dalla prima data di consegna, e a pochi giorni da quella nuova che avevano comunicato, ci siamo dovuti fare sentire NOI per avere novità, sentendoci dire che la data di consegna è nuovamente posticipata di almeno un altro mese. La stessa storia si ripete da mesi. Chissà quando arriveranno.. Terrible experience We have had the misfortune of having relied on them. Anzi siamo noi a doverli rincorrere per chiedere aggiornamenti che ovviamente, anche se i tempi entro cui dovevano consegnare i lavori sono passati da un bel po', non sanno indicarci ancora una data di consegna, arrancando ogni volta una nuova giustificazione. Se però vi piacciono i lavori senza scadenza e con tempistiche indefinite rivolgetevi pure a loro. Stay away if you don't want to gnaw at your liver: paid the quote and then disappeared. Dopo varie chiamate nonostante fosse in garanzia non si sono mai presentati a parte una volta per valutare tutte le imperfezioni degli infissi poi spariti. The installation done well of all the fixtures but the quality of the material very bad. After several calls despite being under warranty, they never showed up apart once to evaluate all the imperfections of the fixtures which then disappeared.
