Un venditore frettoloso e poco preparato , non mi ha nemmeno fatto vedere la macchina . Ha detto è quella guardala pure . Parliamo di uno sportage da 40000 euro. Unico scopo fare preventivo e finanziamento . Unica nota positiva è che sono uscito da lì, ho attraversato la strada e comprato una volvo XC40. Peccato perchè ho sentito altri feedback simili I made an appointment for Saturday 05/03/2022 at 9.00 but apart from the reception the rest was a disaster. Di sicuro sono stato seguito con professionalità, simpatia e cortesia, dal venditore a chi mi ha consegnato la macchina, passando da chi mi ha contattato telefonicamente x tutte le pratiche. Grazie! Infatti sia la preparazione che i tempi di consegna non hanno rispettato gli accordi. Pensavo di non tornarci più. Ho voluto dare comunque un'altra possibilità per il tagliando. Ho dovuto ricredermi, il post vendita ha riscattato la vendita. Sia il personale dell'accettazione che il signor Giora dell'officina si sono adoperati in modo esemplare eseguendo i lavori promessi e non fatti a giugno senza chiedermi niente. L' azienda e impeccabile ma la differenza è data dalle persone che incontri. Grazie bravi. I bought a used Lancia Y for my daughter in June 2021. We liked the car but not the seller. In fact, both the preparation and the delivery times did not respect the agreements. I thought I would never go back. However, I wanted to give another chance for the coupon. I had to change my mind, the after-sales service redeemed the sale. Both the reception staff and Mr. Giora from the workshop did an exemplary effort by carrying out the work promised and not done in June without asking me for anything.
