L' evento più assurdo è che in agosto ho portato la macchina per il tagliando dei 50000 km e alla consegna dopo aver pagato circa 700 euro,mi dicono che devono farmi parlare con il capo officina, il quale mi comunica che sente un rumore strano, pensa sia la catena di distribuzione e non si fida di farmi andare in ferie con questa macchina. Per farla breve ho dovuto lasciare la macchina per un mese e mezzo per sostituzione completa del motore. Io credo che quando si ha un sentore così forte in primis non si fanno spendere 700 euro per un tagliando inutile, si avvisa il cliente che la macchina dovrà rimanere in officina per ulteriore accertamenti. Tutto ciò lo trovo non professionale. Metto una stella alla gestione del concessionario,fiducioso che il personale abbia fatto tutto quello che era nelle loro possibilità. Nell’ultima chiamata che dovevamo fissare un appuntamento per poter concludere l’acquisto, mi viene riferito che l’auto è stata venduta.
