Abito a Viareggio, ma merita veramente fare qualche km in più per il servizio offerto. Excellent service including free courtesy car. Staff very kind and helpful. I live in Viareggio, but it really deserves a few more kilometers for the service offered.

Siamo entrati a metà mattinata, abbiamo girato un po' qui e un po' là e nessuno ci ha degnato di attenzione. Vedevamo varie persone che giravano con fogli di carta in mano, andando e tornando dalle fotocopiatrici, ma nessuno ci ha detto nemmeno "buongiorno". Forse abbiamo sbagliato noi (ricevono solo su appuntamento?), ma intanto... abbiamo comprato altrove. A somewhat mysterious place, I wonder how they manage to sell. We entered in the middle of the morning, we walked a little here and a little there and no one paid us any attention. We saw various people walking around with sheets of paper in their hands, going to and from the photocopiers, but no one even said "good morning" to us. Maybe we were wrong (do they receive by appointment only?), But in the meantime ... we bought elsewhere.

A	Andrew Ceglie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia non è una valutazione negativa, ma a distanza di ben 9 mesi dopo aver gonfiato più volte una delle gomme, mi sono recato da un gommista per capire se ci fosse una foratura e invece scopro che mi è stata venduta un'auto con una gomma già riparata..... Messa la toppa probabilmente nei momenti in cui la ruota era giù il copertone ne soffriva, quindi meglio sostituirla. Ho comprato un'auto nuova con una gomma difettosa e chiaramente ci rimetto io. Mine is not a negative evaluation, but after 9 months after having inflated one of the tires several times, I went to a tire dealer to find out if there was a puncture and instead I discover that I was sold a car with a tire already repaired ..... Put the patch probably when the wheel was down, the tire suffered from it, so it is better to replace it. I bought a new car with a defective tire and clearly I lose it.
