Mi è stato venduto un articolo misurato in fretta chiedendo a me se andava bene. Non avendo idea di come dovesse stare mi sono fidata. Mi ero rivolta ad un negozio, scartando l'idea di prenderlo su internet, per avere consigli utili data la delicatezza dell'operazione. Da segnalare: prezzo medio internet 40 euro prezzo negozio 120. Risultato: è stato giudicato completamente sbagliato in sala operatoria e è modificato "al volo" dai chirurghi. Risultato ho passato 40 gg di inferno. Da sola avrei fatto meglio e risparmiato un sacco di soldi. I had to buy a philadelphia collar for an operation. I had no idea of the measures. I was sold a quickly measured item asking me if it was fine. Having no idea how it should feel, I trusted. I had turned to a shop, discarding the idea of taking it on the internet, for useful advice given the delicacy of the operation. Of note: average internet price 40 euros shop price 120. Result: it was judged completely wrong in the operating room and is modified "on the fly" by surgeons. Result I spent 40 days of hell. By myself I would have done better and saved a lot of money.

La questione è semplice: mia figlia ha acquistato un prodotto senza passare il codice fiscale per gli sgravi fiscali (e non si parla di un oggetto da pochi euro). Il giorno successivo sono andato al COS per fare il reso, chiedendo l'emissione di un buono per poi riacquistare il prodotto. La possibilità mi è stata fermamente negata dai commessi. Trovo che sia sensato che per spese consistenti sia lo stesso operatore a suggerire di passare un codice fiscale per gli acquisti di dispositivi medici detraibili. La disponibilità del personale è quindi scarsa, come mostra peraltro una tardiva risposta a questo commento dopo circa un anno. Hanno sbagliato a fornire delle calze, mio padre 80 anni le ha messe, non hanno voluto cambiarle costo 6 euro. Ci ho comprato diversi articoli anche costosi. E per 6 euro fai tante storie, che tristezza. Da evitare. Avete sbagliato a fornire voi misure diverse. To be avoided, arrogant, opinionated and bad faith staff.
