F	Fra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ringrazio immensamente tutto il personale di segreteria, in particolare nella persona della sig.ra Patrizia Scalia. Ha soddisfatto in urgenza la mia esigenza personale con gentilezza e garbo, cosa che contraddistingue questa struttura. Infatti tutto il personale di segretarie non solo gentile ma molto professionale. Lo stesso dicasi per i medici Radiologi, che con garbo mi hanno spiegato il problema e mi hanno ascoltato cosa che non è scontata oggi giorno. Grazie immensamente ritornerò sicuramente. I thank immensely all the secretarial staff, in particular in the person of Ms Patrizia Scalia. He urgently satisfied my personal need with kindness and grace, which distinguishes this structure. In fact, all the secretary staff are not only polite but very professional. The same goes for the radiologists, who politely explained the problem to me and listened to me, something that is not taken for granted today. Thanks immensely I will definitely be back.

Mi reco di persona alla Rem e mi rivolgo alla signora presente all'accettazione per avere informazioni sulla documentazione necessaria per effettuare una risonanza magnetica, ovviamente a pagamento e senza limiti di tempo. Non entro nel merito della sua risposta ("è tutto pieno, è inutile che la informi"), mi preme invece sottolineare l'atteggiamento scortese e profondamente antipatico della signora in questione. Credo che operatori simili non possano che danneggiare l'azienda per cui lavorano. Friday 5 November 2021 at 10:40 am. I believe that similar operators can only harm the company they work for.

L'area amministrativa e di segreteria è sempre al fianco del paziente, sempre pronta a risolvere le esigenze burocratiche e documentali. Il personale medico e tecnico risulta umanamente e professionalmente a dir poco eccezionale, riuscendo con una gentilezza non comune a tranquillizzare e mettere a proprio agio qualsiasi paziente, anche i più ansiosi. Molto gradita anche la puntualità, in quanto una volta comunicato l'orario dell'esame, all'arrivo si viene immediatamente presi in carico e condotti alla preparazione, controlli ed esecuzione dell'esame diagnostico. Complimenti!!! State-of-the-art and efficient structure but the strong point is certainly represented by the staff. The administrative and secretarial area is always at the patient's side, always ready to solve bureaucratic and documentary needs. The medical and technical staff is humanly and professionally nothing short of exceptional, managing with an uncommon kindness to reassure and put at ease any patient, even the most anxious. Punctuality is also very welcome, as once the time of the exam has been communicated, upon arrival you are immediately taken in charge and led to the preparation, checks and execution of the diagnostic exam. Well done!!!

Tutto molto ben organizzato e quando si fanno determinati esami per accertamenti importanti è fondamentale trovare un ambiente accogliente e rassicurante. Per me è un punto di riferimento. Grazie I had a mammogram in this facility a few days ago and I had a great time. The reception staff available, polite, professional. All very well organized and when taking certain exams for important assessments it is essential to find a welcoming and reassuring environment. For me it is a point of reference. Thanks

La signora in questione è stata fantastica, cortese, gentile oserei dire affettuosa pur non conoscendoci affatto. In genere sono restia a pubblicare recensioni ma questa la merita a 360°... Spero di trovare la stessa preparazione e umanità nel resto del personale. Grazie sig.ra M. I phoned to make an urgent exam booking and ran into a (presumably loud) lady, . The lady in question was fantastic, courteous, kind I would dare to say affectionate even though she didn't know us at all. Generally I'm reluctant to publish reviews but this one deserves it at 360 ° ... I hope to find the same preparation and humanity in the rest of the staff. Thank you Ms M.

Disponibilità e gentilezza: ho potuto notare e constatare anche una pazienza ed educazione anche verso persone abbastanza insistenti. Riescono a gestire i turni nonostante il periodo problematico per le misure COVID. Ovviamente dipende dall'esame che si deve fare, la tac è abbastanza veloce per risonanza e altro l'attesa è un po' più lunga. Unica pecca per la zona, trovare parcheggio è stato problematico ma danno possibilità interna per poter sostare dentro la villa oppure di fronte nel parcheggio del supermercato alla Coop. Io dalle 9 del mattino ho avuto la fortuna di trovare parcheggio sulle strisce blu ma dopo due ore ! Quindi consiglio di recarsi largamente in anticipo per poter trovare posto. La struttura è ben disposta e pulita soprattutto per le misure COVID. I referti non li danno subito ma dopo qualche giorno ( a me per la tac li daranno dopo 7 GG lavorativi) Allegherò ulteriore recensione per successivo accertamento. A special commendation for those at the reception, who accept and collect reports. They manage to manage shifts despite the problematic period for COVID measures. Obviously it depends on the exam to be done, the CT scan is fast enough for resonance and the wait is a little longer. The only flaw for the area, finding parking was problematic but they give you the possibility to park inside the villa or in front of the parking lot of the Coop supermarket. From 9 am I was lucky enough to find parking on the blue lines but after two hours! So I recommend that you go well in advance to find a place. The facility is well laid out and clean especially for COVID measures. The reports do not give them immediately but after a few days (to me for the tac they will give them after 7 working days) I will attach further review for subsequent verification.
