D	Davide Tiralongo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto una risonanza. Io sono di priolo e il dischetto dopo la risonanza mi hanno detto che non era pronto perché non le funzionava non so cosa. Per il referto mi anno fatto aspettare due ore . Ho chiamato nelle successive 2 settimane per il dischetto e finalmente il dischetto dopo 20 giorni era pronto. Arrivo la da priolo e ancora il dischetto non era pronto lo stavano masterizzando dovevo aspettare 10 minuti. Passa più di un ora e le domando com'era finita. Dopo circa un ora e mezza mi consegnano il dischetto. Non lo consiglio a nessuno. Scompetenti , sgarbati mal organizzati. I did an MRI. I am from priolo and the disk after the resonance told me it was not ready because it did not work I don't know what. I made me wait two hours for the report. I called in the next 2 weeks for the disk and finally the disk was ready after 20 days. I arrive from priolo and still the disk was not ready they were burning it I had to wait 10 minutes. More than an hour goes by and I ask her how it ended. After about an hour and a half they give me the disk. I do not recommend it to anyone. Disappointing, rude, badly organized.

E	Eulalia Crimi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza terribile, non lo consiglio a nessuno, le segretarie sono state nei miei confronti scortesi, mi hanno deriso e altrettanto pungenti lo sono state al telefono con mia mamma, tutto questo perché una volta giunta lì NESSUNO del personale indossava la mascherina, infatti quando ho dato il mio documento ho visto della saliva arrivare su quest’ultimo, allora giustamente ho chiesto educatamente di indossare la mascherina ma non è stato fatto, anzi sono stata trattata così male da dover andare via. Non metterò mai più piede in questo luogo dove non vengono rispettate le norme ANTI COVID e soprattutto non vengono rispettati i pazienti. Zero professionalità, zero educazione, per fortuna esistono posti migliori di questo. Terrible experience, I do not recommend it to anyone, the secretaries were rude to me, they laughed at me and just as bitter they were on the phone with my mom, all this because once I got there NONE of the staff wore a mask, in fact when I given my document I saw some saliva arrive on the latter, so I rightly asked politely to wear the mask but it was not done, in fact I was treated so badly that I had to leave. I will never set foot again in this place where the ANTI COVID rules are not respected and above all patients are not respected. Zero professionalism, zero education, luckily there are better places than this.

Le ragazze che si occupano dell’accoglienza sono precise, attente e preparate, forniscono tutti i chiarimenti necessari già al telefono, quando si arriva in studio ti accolgono con gentilezza è sempre con il sorriso e sono velocissime nel fornire tutta la documentazione post esami. I have never been to such an unprofessional environment before, I will never be coming here or referring anyone to this clinic EVER. Above all the conditions were not safe and sanitary, none of the staff were wearing there masks and the they told me to “fuck off” when I asked if they could please wear a mask. This place and it’s staff exemplify the exact opposite of how patients should treated, and all of them should be ashamed of how they treat people. Disgusting
