★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to 4 hotels on our tour of sicily and this was by far our favourite, we loved it. We stayed 2 nights in a suite. Staff, restaurant and facilities were all fantastic. Worth noting that you definitely need a car to get around, its about 20 minutes drive out to restaurants. I would 100% recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hotel and restaurant, will stay there again for sure. Attentive staff, lovely room with a balcony, amazing pool with views and great food. Sad to miss out on the normal tasting menu (changing menus), great meal nonetheless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect stay of only one night, but would have loved to stay longer. Building and rooms are new and well maintained, plus the interior design is great. Staff is prepared and attentive, we even got a courtesy visit to the olive tree plantations to try some of their amazing olive oil, which we ended up buying. Pool area is clean with amazing views.
Only problem we encountered was a dirty floor when we went for breakfast, looked like they were late to clean up after some big wedding party the night before. Also quite a lot of flies near the food. Still giving 5 stars because everything else makes up for that inconvenience which Im sure can be resolved:)
