★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wide parking area, while the toilet's water is extremely cold. Can't say nothing regarding the rooms and other services, but the conference room is nice even if not very big.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somewhat aging compound. 10 years ago it must have been top notch without a doubt. Today, although the resort has a lot to offer, it needs renovating here and there. Outside the main season they show too obviously that some facilities such as the Top restaurant dell Angelo is already closed. You can still enter it, but it's obliterated...........as if a storm has just hit it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a peaceful beautiful place. It is in the middle of rolling fields and stone fences. Excellent accommodations and service as well. It is, however, not in town - part of its charm - so you will need transportation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big annoyance for me- I was told they don't have irons. First I was told it was for my safety. Strange? I went down to the front counter to inquire further. Finally they admitted that they don't have irons because the manager knows they can make money off people paying for their services. Ok. But but then have greater availability and reliability for your ironing services. I was told not to count on having my clothes started until 10-11am. Ok, well that's not great if you are closed when I get in at 430pm.
Solution? I would suggest doing what I did. Hang your clothes in the shower with the hot water running full blast for an hour or two. This will take the wrinkles out. It's inconvenient but I did it every morning as it's more reliable than their services.
One big thing I would change- the building hasn't been well maintained. This needs to change. It's starting to slip but it's not terrible.
This might be the worst hotel I stayed in while traveling around Sicily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pool and dining areas were very nice. The bathroom, shower was horrible. Mould in the shower floor, and walls and the sink - you could barely turn on the faucet it was so rusted. And, I had tiny bite on my legs in the morning. I cannot say for sure if it was from the bed of a coincidence however something to make note of.
