F	Federica De Anna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bisogna impedire a certe strutture di pubblicizzare l’inesistente. Non è un hotel perché di notte non c’è alcuna presenza. Frigobar nell’armadio non funzionante e vuoto. Camera sporca e angusta. Bagno con luce fioca piastrelle rotte tenda doccia. Personale scortese e poco professionale. Spa inesistente. Tariffe non giustificate. Disonesti. Assolutamente DA EVITARE. Certain structures must be prevented from publicizing the non-existent. It is not a hotel because at night there is no presence. Minibar in the cabinet not working and empty. Dirty and cramped room. Bathroom with dim light broken shower curtain tiles. Rude and unprofessional staff. Spa does not exist. Rates not justified. Dishonest. Absolutely AVOID.
A	Alfonso Mauro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un hotel di poche stanze, ricavato da un'antica residenza e che negli anni deve aver ospitato diverse attività. Si accede da un portone monumentale sulla strada principale (ad aver fortuna si riesce anche a parcheggiare l'auto a poca distanza) e dopo aver salito una rampa di scale (purtroppo non c'è ascensore) si entra nell'ampio salone che ospita il banco della reception e sul quale si affacciano parte delle stanze. Pregevoli gli arredi, la tappezzeria e i pavimenti. Confortevoli le camere dotate di ogni comfort. L'albergo dispone anche di un piccolo centro benessere con idromassaggio e sauna. Se si vuole accedere bisogna prenotarsi ed è giusto così, dato il piccolo numero di camere. Sarebbe uno spreco tenere il centro aperto per tutta la giornata. Carina la sala colazione, al piano strada con accesso da una scala piastrellata con ceramiche di Caltagirone. Prezzi più che accettabili e spesso con offerte l'asta minute. If you want to log in you need to book and that's right, given the small number of rooms. It would be a waste to keep the center open all day. The breakfast room is pretty, on the street level with access from a staircase tiled with Caltagirone ceramics. More than acceptable prices and often with minute auction offers.

Pagato anticipatamente il percorso benessere e non ne abbiamo usufruito in quanto l acqua della vasca idromassaggio non tiepida o calda bensì fredda?. Attenderemo il rimborso. Scarafaggio in doccia e colazione non scarsa bensì scarsissima considerando le potenzialità gastronomiche del territorio. Da non ripetere e soprattutto prezzo carissimo. Excellent structure !!! Very bad and even worse service. Paid in advance for the wellness program, and we did not use because the spa water is not warm or hot but fredda?. We will wait for reimbursement. Cockroach in the shower and breakfast is not scarce but very scarce considering the gastronomic potential of the territory. Do not repeat and especially very high price.

Camera angusta per 4 persone, bagno non adeguato agli standard attuali...tenda nella doccia e bagno poco funzionale ,carina la reception...e spa inagibile... No place has ever been so disappointing. Apart from the location and the terrace in front of the 4-star room has nothing at all! Small room for 4 people, bathroom not up to current standards ... curtain in the shower and impractical bathroom, nice reception ... and unusable spa ...

Purtroppo però da' l'idea di un posto quasi abbandonato, il personale non si è dimostrato professionale e soprattutto inadeguato. Non si può arrivare in un hotel alle 14,30 e non trovare nessuno alla reception... Così pure la pulizia è apparsa piuttosto carente. La colazione servita in una magnifica location , è stata davvero deludente. Peccato , la struttura meriterebbe di essere gestita meglio. L'albergo è concepito come se le stanze fossero camere di un antico appartamento. La quarta stella però, la darei, più che ai confort, a quella qualità del personale che sa essere disponibile sinceramente, oltre i canoni professionali Very central location, yet quiet, without external noise. A fronte di un'ottima posizione e della cordialità della ragazza alla reception, la struttura ha assolutamente bisogno di restauro sia nelle camere ma sopratutto nella spa, sinceramente sconsigliata (odore di muffa, acqua dell'idromassaggio fredda, scarsa cura anche nella pulizia). Mi spiace ma per quello che abbiamo speso non ne è valsa proprio la pena. This hotel in my experience is definitely not a 4 star. In the face of an excellent location and the friendliness of the girl at the reception, the structure absolutely needs restoration both in the rooms but especially in the spa, which is sincerely not recommended (musty smell, cold hydromassage water, poor care even in cleaning). I'm sorry but for what we spent it wasn't really worth it.
