a	alessio scollo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soltanto la location merita già le 5 stelle, il locale è situato sugli altopiano ragusani in direzione marina di Ragusa, si raggiunge molto facilmente perché ben segnalato. Lo staff è molto preparato e non c'è stato il minimo problema durante la serata, il cibo servito è stato davvero molto buono, così come la scelta del vino. Il menu è personalizzabile e il direttore riesce a venire in contro a chiunque in base alle singole esigenze. Davvero consigliato. Only the location already deserves the 5 stars, the restaurant is located on the Ragusa plateau in the direction of Marina di Ragusa, can be reached very easily because it is well signposted. The staff is very prepared and there was no problem during the evening, the food served was really very good, as was the choice of wine. The menu is customizable and the manager manages to come up against anyone based on individual needs. Really recommended.

La cena, grazie alle mani sapienti dello chef Fabio, un'esplosione di sapori, coordinata dal maître Giuseppe, il top della cordialità. Per non parlare della professionalità di tutti i camerieri in sala. Per concludere la serata, abbiamo pernottato al Relais Chiaramonte, la ciliegina sulla torta. Anche la colazione del giorno dopo curata nei particolari. Abbiamo ricevuto i complimenti da tutti i nostri invitati, soddisfatti della cena, del servizio e della location. Ringraziamo sentitamente Fabio Ulcano per la sua professionalità e la sua cortesia. Avete lasciato un ricordo indelebile nei nostri cuori. Grazie infinite ❤️ The perfect setting for our "Yes". We celebrated the rite in the refined and elegant dining room and received our guests in the restaurant. The dinner, thanks to the skilled hands of chef Fabio, an explosion of flavors, coordinated by the maître Giuseppe, the top of cordiality. Not to mention the professionalism of all the waiters in the room. To conclude the evening, we stayed at the Relais Chiaramonte, the icing on the cake. Even the breakfast the next day with attention to detail. We received compliments from all our guests, satisfied with the dinner, the service and the location. Ho cenato in questo posto il 14 agosto e a parte qualche piccolezza , il cibo è stato all'altezza così come il servizio e la festa. Solo 3 stelle perché, in periodo di Covid non è concepibile non avere una tovaglia da tavola o un segnaposto, con le posate poggiate direttamente sul tavolo e sentirsi rispondere che "si usa così" è ancora meno concepibile. Oltretutto è fastidiosissimo non poter vedere cosa si mangia in quanto l'illuminazione, sui tavoli improvvisati per l'occasione, non era sufficiente. Anche lo spazio in cui si ballava non era sufficiente per il distanziamento Charming and well-renovated location, immersed in the Ragusan countryside and with a sea view. I had dinner at this place on August 14th and apart from a few minorities, the food was up to par as well as the service and party. Only 3 stars because, in the period of Covid it is not conceivable not to have a table cloth or a place card, with the cutlery placed directly on the table and being told that "it is used like this" is even less conceivable. Moreover, it is very annoying not to be able to see what you eat as the lighting, on the improvised tables for the occasion, was not enough. Even the space in which they danced was not enough for the spacing

Il locale è super accogliente e vi è continuamente attenzione e cura da parte dei camerieri e del maître Gugliotta, il cibo è a dir poco squisito, l'arancino sublime, ma tutti i piatti dello chef Ulcano meritano la giusta attenzione! In periodo covid credo sia stato uno dei pochi locali a rispettare ogni tipo di accortezza verso i propri clienti, lo consiglio! The location is surrounded by greenery with a breathtaking view to say the least! The place is super welcoming and there is constant attention and care from the waiters and the maître Gugliotta, the food is nothing short of exquisite, the arancino sublime, but all the dishes of chef Ulcano deserve the right attention! In the covid period I think it was one of the few places to respect any kind of foresight towards its customers, I recommend it!

Sarebbe superfluo raccontare la bellezza del posto, che già parla da sola. Una meravigliosa tenuta immersa tra gli uliveti e circondata dalla meravigliosa campagna iblea. Nota di merito va al maitre Giuseppe e allo chef Fabio. Con la loro gentilezza, simpatia e professionalità hanno curato e reso il tutto indimenticabile. Una location esclusiva che fa da cornice a momenti memorabili. We had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding in this magnificent place. It would be superfluous to tell the beauty of the place, which already speaks for itself. A wonderful estate surrounded by olive groves and surrounded by the wonderful Hyblean countryside. Beautiful discovery in everything, from the location, to the welcome and of course to the food, very good and of high quality, served in a particular way, with flavors combined to perfection. I highly recommend it.

We had two starter and two main courses. The smoked fish was amazing, but the pasta with spinach and tomato was missing some special taste. The lamb was probably the best ever tasted, very tender and just delicious. The beef on the other hand was tough and with a big tendons not at all easy to cut or chew.
