 A refined and elegant environment. A charming place with courteous and welcoming staff. The food is delicate and delicious. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not come here. It was a bad dining experience. Poor service, over oiled dishes, and ingredients fresh from the freezer section of the local supermarket. Also, shady marketing. This is NOT A VEGAN RESTAURANT, even though they still market themselves as one and still use photos of dishes/plates from past chefs. This restaurant changed management a year ago, and are now under a new name and a new menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is absolutely beautiful! and the service was really good and kind(we were the only ones sitting there at when we were there), but the food was not that amazing (maybe expectations were too high)...
Some dishes were good but in general it's too expensive for the quality and quantity of the dishes.
But eventually, it's VEGAN, in Italy, in a beautiful place so it's (after all) a nice place to stop for lunch/dinner or even to spend few nights in(as it looks as the hotel is really really nice).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great vegan options! Had a gazpacho, followed by tempura veggies and some kind of raviolis, and finished by a lovely cinnamon ice cream and watermelon - unexpected and brillant!
