Tutto ottimo,dalla carrellata di antipasti tipici,ai primi ( tagliatelle con ragù di salsiccia e spruzzata di tartufo-sublimi!) . Per finire e non da poco il conto.... 50€ in due .... Siete il top!! Ultra recommended restaurant, for the sympathy of the managers but above all for the quality and quantity of the food served. All excellent, from the roundup of typical appetizers, to the first (tagliatelle with sausage ragù and sprinkled with truffle-sublime!). Last but not least, the bill .... 50 € for two .... You are the top !!

Menù fisso a 25 con tutto compreso, inclusa l'immensa simpatia del titolare e dell'oste. Piatti della tradizione umbra, con materie prime eccellenti. Vino delizioso della cantina locale a volontà. Venite con la pancia vuota che sarà uno dei vostri pranzi/cene più impegnativi di sempre. Per gli amanti dei fegatini è il posto giusto. Grazie Francesco e Michele! Ritorneremo presto! If you pass by these parts, La Cantinaccia should be an obligatory stop. Fixed menu at 25 with all inclusive, including the immense sympathy of the owner and the host. Traditional Umbrian dishes, with excellent raw materials. Delicious wine from the local cellar at will. Come with an empty stomach which will be one of your most challenging lunches / dinners ever. For lovers of livers it is the right place. Thanks Francesco and Michele! We will be back soon!

Locale caratteristico, cibo di qualità e tipico del posto, l'ideale x chi vuole provare i prodotti enogastronomici del territorio. Abbiamo preso due menù di terra da 25 euro dall'antipasto al dolce ed un piatto extra: caciotta al coccio al Tartufo....uno dei piatti più buoni che io abbia mai mangiato! In 4 abbiamo speso 58 euro compreso di bibite, acqua, caffè e digestivo. Peccato che partiamo altrimenti avrei provato il menù al Tartufo e di mare. Un elogio anche allo staff, dell'accoglienza alla cucina We have just eaten in this beautiful, intimate niche with attention to detail. Characteristic place, quality food and typical of the place, ideal for those who want to try the food and wine products of the area. We took two menus of land from 25 euros from appetizer to dessert and an extra dish: caciotta al crock with truffle .... one of the best dishes I've ever eaten! The 4 of us spent 58 euros including soft drinks, water, coffee and digestive. Too bad we leave otherwise I would have tried the Truffle and Sea menu. A praise also to the staff, of the welcome to the kitchen

We had a lot of typical umbrian starters, a soup, homemade pasta and little mud pies. Thank's also for the extra marmelade :-) Kindes regards from east of Germany!
