We are a company and we asked for a quote for a data recovery, they were courteous, professional and quick. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the problem, data recovery would have been too expensive. We had to give it up. Thanks again for your kindness and speed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzi elevatissimi senza nessuna garanzia di recupero, solo perché il dispositivo era stato già visionato da altra azienda. Ci può stare, anche se tante altre ditte adottano la politica "non recuperi, non paghi" sempre. Alla fine quando mi sono ripreso l'hard disk era messo peggio di prima, evidentemente era stato rimontato male o è stato maltrattato.
Very high prices with no guarantee of recovery, just because the device had already been viewed by another company. There may be, even if many other companies always adopt the "do not recover, do not pay" policy. In the end when I got back the hard disk was in worse shape than before, evidently it had been reassembled badly or it was mistreated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived to Recovery Italia kind of desperate, which I think is the feeling when somebody realises that all their photos and videos disappeared and they also disappeared from the Time Machine backup unit...
The team of Recovery Italia firstly recover the all photos and in a second moment all the videos!
Just a suggestion to the company: to spend a bit more of time with the users when they arrive to the company in order to be sure that all/complete description of the problem has been properly done, avoiding misunderstandings.
