★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale è ineccepibilmente preparato gentile e disponibile, soprattutto l'impiegato con la postazione subito a sinistra di cui non ricordo il nome. La politica aziendale è però quantomeno discutibile. Ho subìto un incidente x il quale sono stata ritenuta "colpevole" senza possibilità di appello ed essendomi avvalsa di un'assistenza legale esterna, sono stata letteralmente radiata senza avviso. Poco male visto che poi ho stipulato con altra compagnia a metà costo.
The staff is impeccably trained, polite and helpful, especially the employee with the position immediately on the left whose name I can't remember. However, company policy is at least questionable. I suffered an accident x which I was deemed "guilty" without the possibility of appeal and having availed myself of external legal assistance, I was literally stripped of the alert. Not bad since I then signed with another company at half the cost.
