★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima filiale, scortese il personale e poco preparato.......mi hanno trattato male e con sgarbo senza giustificato motivo.....ora capisco perché la filiale era vuota in pieno orario di lavoro quando invece le altre banche di altri gruppi bancari ubicati a poche decine di metri erano piene zeppe di correntisti..... esperienza negativa connotata da poca professionalità del personale. Da evitare assolutamente.
Bad branch, rude staff and poorly trained ....... they treated me badly and with disrespect for no justified reason ..... now I understand why the branch was empty in full working hours when the other banks of others banking groups located a few tens of meters were full of account holders ..... negative experience characterized by lack of professionalism of the staff. To be avoided absolutely.
