Massima convenienza quindi e il tutto condito dalla simpatia dei proprietari e dalla competenza! Risulta Ottimo anche per chi deve vendere perché si ottiene sempre un guadagno con la valutazione migliore! Il Parcheggio in zona è tutto a strisce blu e conviene fare il grattino in quanto passano sempre visto l'affluenza! Occhio!
