C	Cristian Moroni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reparto di Fisioterapia molto attrezzato e accogliente, sono stato seguito per diversi mesi per un problema cronico al ginocchio da Maria ed oltre ad aver finalmente risolto si è dimostrata sempre professionale e disponibile nei trattamenti, nella gestione degli appuntamenti e nella sua disponibilità generale per qualsiasi domanda/dubbio/problema. Ho avuto inoltre l’occasione di conoscere anche gli altri fisioterapisti passando diverso tempo lì e sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dalla gentilezza e la disponibilità generale di un semplice consulto personale o anche solo una parola di conforto nei momenti più difficili. Consigliato. Very equipped and welcoming Physiotherapy Department, I was followed for several months by Maria for a chronic knee problem and in addition to having finally solved it, she always proved to be professional and available in treatments, in managing appointments and in her general availability for any questions / doubt / problem. I also had the opportunity to meet the other physiotherapists spending some time there and I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness and general availability of a simple personal consultation or even just a word of comfort in the most difficult moments. Recommended.
S	Sabrina Caraffa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo due chiamate chiedendo di parlare con una cardiologa la stessa che una settimana fa pagando ti ha dato una terapia ti rispondono di mandare un email , sono le 20.15 e nessuno risponde , il mio pensiero va a mio padre 84 enne il quale aveva solo bisogno di una conferma se la terapia doveva continuarla come prescritto . Tutto qui . After two calls asking to speak to a cardiologist the same one who paid you a therapy a week ago they answer you to send an email, it's 8.15 pm and no one answers, my thoughts go to my 84 year old father who just needed to confirmation of whether therapy was to continue as prescribed. That's all .

Ma alla reception, gentilmente, mettete qualcuno di più cortese. Oppure fate fare un corso di galateo alle signore che ci sono. Non va per niente bene essere ricevuti così. Per questo metto solo 4 stelle I went to medical 33 for myself or for having accompanied someone many times. The doctors are all trained and courteous. But at the reception, kindly, put someone more courteous. Or let the ladies who are there take a course in etiquette. It is not at all good to be received like this. For this I only put 4 stars

Devo dire invece che sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa: la signora all'accettazione non era particolarmente sorridente ma nemmeno scortese e la dottoressa Leila gentilissima e bravissima. After reading the reviews, I was a little in doubt about going to this diagnostic center for an eye examination. I must say instead that I was pleasantly surprised: the lady at the reception was not particularly smiling but not rude and Dr. Leila was very kind and talented.

Ringrazio il dottore per la disponibilità e la professionalità. Grazie per tutte le cure e le attenzioni che mi sta dedicando con successo. Ringrazio anche la Radiologa per la cura negli esami. Un bravissimo Ortopedico che consiglio. Grazie anche alle impiegate della reception. I was visited by Dr. Claudio Goretti for a shoulder and elbow problem. I thank the doctor for his availability and professionalism. Thank you for all the care and attention you are giving me successfully. I also thank the radiologist for the care in the exams. A very good Orthopedist whom I recommend. Thanks also to the reception staff.

L esame prescritto era sbagliato, mi trovano un posto con un altro medico, per fare quello che volevo fare, poi mi comunicano che ogni medico ha le sue tariffe e l'esame costa quasi il doppio, gli dico di lasciar stare e me ne vado. Anno fa scrissi un libro sui servizi sanitari ASIN: B018BTBABO, ecco questo é quello che non si deve fare!! Operatore-dottore della risonanza magnetica è stato di una gentilezza estrema. Ottima anche la posizione. I have been to medicine 33 and I was fine. Even at the reception (contrary to the criticisms I see here) the girl was very kind. MRI operator-doctor was extremely kind. The location is also excellent.
