★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hours in a small train compartment with lots of smelly eastern drivers, hot , 2men in a cabin, 1,5hour delay, train standing still in sun at 35degrees and all you get is 2 sandwich and 0.5liter water....

The italian, always "forgot" to give Those two(2)coins for Sandwich and water... They always"forgot"... În this way, They treat you like an emmigrant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 2021 there are still shared showers for men and no shower for women, the staff is a bit ok, although I don't know vb in Englishand, ai don't tell about the cleanliness that is a disaster in this time of pandemicand, for trucks there is no decent parking, stay on the side of the road like homeless people ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You book your ticket and they give you a specific time window/appointment/termin. You arrive one hour before departure and try to check-in but they tell you that your train is full and that you need to wait for the next one. (Even though they were the ones that confirmed that specific booking and departure time) Then you arrive again in one hour to check-in for the next train and they postpone your departure one more time. And this can happen 3-5 times in row. There is no consequence for them, but if you want to move your booking it cost 25€, if you don't show up on time it's 50€. Also the behaviour of staff is unprofesional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very crowded...i understand you cannot include only one single person in one cabin because you have to connect 3 carriages with the train but as a solution from me is to raise the price of the ticket so you can connect as many carriages as you can...the problem is only the economy i understand that but you can raise the price and the driving companies will pay , its not about i want luxurios travel cabins but i cannot stand to stay with 2 or more people inside with their own filfth and stink odour and snoring problems.
