★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, la sensazione che ho avuto è che non siano assolutamente interessati a trattare con privati ed oltretutto hanno dei modi di fare alquanto Sgarbati che sfiorano il limite della maleducazione! Avevo chiesto un appuntamento per analizzare e discutere un primo preventivo ricevuto, mi hanno risposto che avrei trovato qualcuno sempre disponibile in qualsiasi orario fossi venuto, salvo poi , una volta che mi sono presentato, mandarmi via senza le informazioni che necessitavo avere per procedere all'acquisto, in attesa di un contatto da parte del loro geometra che per l’appunto non era presente, lo stesso oltretutto mi ricontattava nel pomeriggio per lo più quasi scocciato! Esperienza Negativa, per fortuna ci sono molte altre aziende nella zona che vendono legno a prezzi competitivi!
Very bad experience, the feeling I had is that they are absolutely not interested in dealing with private individuals and besides they have very rude ways of doing that border on the rudeness limit! I had asked for an appointment to analyze and discuss a first estimate received, they replied that I would find someone always available at any time I came, except then, once I showed up, send me away without the information I needed to have to proceed to purchase, waiting for a contact from their surveyor who was not present, the same plus I was almost annoyed again in the afternoon! Negative experience, fortunately there are many other companies in the area that sell wood at competitive prices!

Dopo essermi rivolta a più fornitori invano, finalmente sono riuscita a trovare presso I PINI una qualità di pellet che permettesse un ottimo funzionamento della mia stufa, evitando numerose spiacevoli chiamate all'assistenza. Grazie Ragionieri!!!!
Super Pellet, N 1 in Tuscany, excellent value for money, straightforward and resolute staff but with professionalism. After having turned to several suppliers in vain, I was finally able to find at I PINI a quality of pellets that would allow my stove to function perfectly, avoiding numerous unpleasant calls for assistance.
