★ ★ ★ ★ ★ domenica mattina 10/3/19 ore 9 la sig.ra si è rifiutata di preparami un mazzo di fiori perchè "aveva altre commesse da preparare" Alla mia osservazione che non pensavo che un negozio di fiori si potesse rifiutare di servire un cliente per questo motivo, la sig.ra ha risposto "eh sì". Ha perso una vendita ed una cliente per sempre !!!!!!!!
Sunday morning 10/3/19 hours 9 Ms refused to prepare me a bouquet because "she had other orders to prepare" To my observation that I did not think that a flower shop could refuse to serve a customer for this reason, Ms replied "yes yes". He lost a sale and a customer forever !!!!!!!!

I tried their "order flowers and pay online" service and I had a great time! I ordered flowers on the phone specifying the recipient's address and paid directly on their website. Very useful and convenient !!
