Tralasciando il fatto che l'orario, come scritto in un altro commento, è davvero un optional, tralasciando il fatto che essendo DA DUE ANNI E MEZZO in piena pandemia non mi hanno chiesto il greenpass, non mi hanno misurato la temperatura e vi era una caterva di persone tutte ammassate, per me sarebbe stata la prima mammografia e dunque non ero di certo preparata ai diversi passaggi per completare la visita. Ho trovato all'interno dell'ambulatorio una Radiologa a dir poco MALEDUCATA, ha sbattuto il mio seno sullo strumento di appoggio neanche fossero due mozzarelle di bufala, nonostante le abbia detto che per me era la prima volta, ha utilizzato un modo stizzito e poco delicato per cercare di portare a sé tutte le ragione. Per farla breve, un istituto capace solo a fare soldi, assente il rispetto, l'educazione e professionalità. At 10 am on 04.01.2022. I had to undergo a mammogram. Molto cortesi l'infermiere e il tecnico addetti alla risonanza. Per ricevere il referto, che avrebbero potuto darmi nella stessa mattinata, ho dovuto pagare ben 12 euro per spedirlo e riceverlo dopo 2 settimane!!! Pessima reception!! Sgarbati e poco professionali!! Inoltre sulla busta che conteneva il referto hanno aggiunto con caratteri molto grandi il mio numero di cellulare rendendolo pubblico a tutti quelli che hanno preso la busta!! Privacy?????? Tempi lunghi con code differenziate, non si capisce perchè. Assenza di cortesia, e bagno sporco, e mancante di carta igienica o accessori . Formulo la presente non come critica distruttiva, ma per sensibilizzare la proprietà. Entrato nella struttura alle 12.30 uscito alle 13.40, velocissimi. Oggi arrivato risultato direttamente a casa. Puntualissimi. Lo consiglio, Bravi! Continuate così! Fingono anche di sbagliare a dare il resto: dovevano darmi 15€ di resto,ma ne hanno dati solo 5€. Gliel'ho fatto notare e hanno mostrato un atteggiamento poco professionale,come se fossero scocciati di averglielo fatto notare. Ho chiamato anche alla receptionist,per chiedere informazioni su dei documenti che dovevano spedirmi, sono stata trattata con poca importanza e in modo maleducato. Controllate un po' il personale ,ci sono tantissime altre persone con più voglia e passione di lavorare. Il personale che c'è ora è allegro e gentile solo quando fanno chiacchiere tra loro,molte chiacchiere.... This is my first time going to this center ... grumpy and unprofessional staff. Migliorerei i tempi d’attesa prima della visita. Tuttavia mi rendo conto che spesso sia colpa dell’utenza che non rispetta gli appuntamenti. Purtroppo si riversa su questo Centro Radiologico una massa incredibile di persone poco educate e arretrate proveniente dalle Regioni limitrofe che veramente nel vero senso della parola non hanno educazione e cultura ancora meno. Pertanto occorre precisare che la colpa non è del Centro ma delle persone …. Tuttavia mi permetto di segnalare alla direzione che non è stato affatto gradito la richiesta di anticipare appuntamento dalle 11 alle 9 con un preavviso il pomeriggio antecedente alla visita. gli appuntamenti ad orario nascono da esigenze precise e cause di lavoro o forza maggiore. Se ho chiesto le 11 e non le 9 perché forzate? Ho risolto solo quando al telefono ho detto chiaramente che alle 9 non posso e rinuncio alla visita se non è possibile alle 11 come prestabilito. Solo così hanno accettato la visita all’orario fissato. Queste cose non devono accadere. Avrei messo 4 stelle in assenza di questo episodio non molto piacevole.
