The rude curly-haired nurse threw me the documents and the x-ray that nearly ended up on the ground, without even apologizing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambienti puliti e profumati. Ragazze in segreteria e accettazione sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra e veloci e gentili. Precisione negli orari (avevo appuntamento alle 8,45 e sono entrato alle 8, 46!!!). Il dottor Frangiamore, che ho avuto la fortuna di conoscere personalmente, è uomo di gentilezza e umiltà di altri tempi. Un medico che ti risolve concretamente i problemi e che sa anche dire, a differenza di tanti: "questo esame non lo facciamo; vada dal collega XY ma prima lo chiami al n° XZ" non lo trovi certo facilmente oggi! Di pochissime parole ma veramente un signore e un grande professionista. Anche lo staff merita. Ormai vado da loro dal 2005. Super.
Clean and fragrant environments. Girls on the answering machine and always with a smile on their face and quick and kind. Accuracy in the timetable (I had an appointment at 8.45 and I entered at 8, 46 !!!). Dr. Frangiamore, whom I had the good fortune to know personally, is a man of kindness and humility of other times. A doctor who concretely solves your problems and who also knows how to say, unlike many: "we don't do this exam; go to colleague XY but first call him at No. XZ" you certainly can't find him today! Very few words but really a gentleman and a great professional. Even the staff deserves. I've been going to them since 2005. Super.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Altamente inaffidabile. Che merito può avere un medico, più fotografo che medico, se scambia un nulla per un tumore maligno? Non temo smentita su quello che dico, ho documenti inconfutabili.
Highly unreliable. What merit can a doctor, more a photographer than a doctor, have if he mistakes nothing for a malignant tumor? I am not afraid of denial of what I am saying, I have irrefutable documents.

..1 stella solo perché il minimo è quello, ma non la merita assolutamente, disorganizzati, non ci sono ascensori per barelle.. il medico arriva quando meglio gli pare.. scortesi, sopratutto la ricciolina bionda.. dovrebbero almeno prendere due medici..cosi in caso di imprevisti e bisognano lastre subito, c'è chi sostituisce..siete pessimi, vergognatevi.. far aspettare tanto anche una persona invalida al 100%.. schifo

..1 star only because that is the minimum, but it absolutely does not deserve it, disorganized, there are no lifts for stretchers .. the doctor comes when he likes best .. rude, especially the curly blonde .. they should at least take two doctors. . so in case of unforeseen events and you need plates immediately, there are those who replace .. you are bad, shame on you .. to make even a 100% disabled person wait so long .. disgust
