f	future energy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo chiamato il taxi dicendo che eravamo all’autogrill Foglia est a Pesaro e dovevamo andare a Urbino. Ci ha detto che il costo era di € 60,00. Ci ha richiamati dicendo che per sua comodità dovevamo scalare una porta alle spalle dell’autogrill perché se no faceva in giro troppo lungo. Abbiamo scalato la porta, con tanto di valigie, e saliti in macchina parte il tassametro (come giusto che sia). Durante la strada allora gli chiediamo come mai ci aveva detto 60€ e poi parte il tassametro e Sorpresa, il costo non era più 60€ ma bensì 70€ (non si sa per cosa). Visto l’ora tarda e l’urgenza di tornare a casa abbiamo acconsentito e pagato ma trovo del tutto ingiusto comunicare un prezzo al momento della chiamata, far partire un tassametro già prima del prelievo del cliente ( chissà quanti giri a vuoto fai prima di arrivare) e poi chiederne 70€. Ma dove siamo, al mercato? Ah dimenticavo, al momento in cui siamo saliti in taxi il tassametro segnava già 26€. Il numero del taxista è 18, molto scortese. E pure niente ricevuta! Errore anche nostro a non averla richiesta, ma lui era di fretta e a noi iniziava a salire il nervoso. Vi auguriamo di non capitare con lui! A me sembra un furto, mi dispiace che mia mamma essendo preoccupata per la visita che doveva fare non se ne è nemmeno resa conto ma se ci fossi stata io non sarei stata zitta e vi avrei chiamato! Se io ho bisogno di un taxi di giorno a un dato orario devo sperare che chiamando 10 minuti prima un taxi sia disponibile e arrivi in tempo. Complimenti per il servizio! Absurd that you can't book a taxi (only at night). Absurd to give two stars for an incomplete service? I do not think so ... If I need a taxi during the day at a given time I have to hope that by calling 10 minutes before a taxi is available and arrives on time. Congratulations on the service!
