Non utilizerò mai più questo servizio
Bad service, trip canceled with new trip with change and times that no longer met my needs even charged with cancellation and forced and buy train tickets spending an additional 70 euros.
I will never use this service again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prezzi sono ottimi, così come i servizi inclusi: wifi, bagno, sedili reclinabili e vettura pulita. Unica grande pecca i passeggeri notturni che dormono su entrambi i posti come fossero brandine lasciandoti poche possibilità di scelta.
The prices are excellent, as are the services included: wifi, bathroom, reclining seats and clean car. The only major flaw nocturnal passengers sleeping on cots both places as they were leaving you little choice.
