★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per nulla soddisfatta dal servizio: prendo l'autobus da Udine a Potenza con biglietto da fare a bordo; nonostante i documenti in mano miei e dei miei bambini mi accorgo in seguito al pagamento di aver pagato una cifra maggiore a quella che mi spettava. A nulla è servito farglielo notare all'autista che in un primo momento aveva ammesso l'errore con la promessa di un rimborso immediato poi, allo scalo di candela, scende dal bus per salire su un altro senza saldare il debito. In conclusione il viaggio è stato pessimo
Not at all satisfied with the service: I take the bus from Udine to Potenza with a ticket to do on board; despite the documents in my hands and those of my children I realize, after paying, that I paid a higher amount than I was due. A nothing is served to make him notice to the driver that at first he had admitted the mistake with the promise of an immediate reimbursement then, at the stop of candle, it goes down from the bus to climb on another without settling the debt. In conclusion the trip was very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella e dare fin troppo. Per la linea Spinazzola Barletta non potete passare prima ! Più di 10minitidi anticipo! Con il Bruno non è mai successo! Voglio il rimborso del biglietto cafoni!
One star and giving too much. For the Spinazzola Barletta line you can't go first! More than 10 minutes in advance! It never happened with Bruno! I want a refund of the boorish ticket!
