★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri 14/06/2021 mi è capitata una cosa sconcertante, tanta la scortesia del commesso. Ho comperato un paio di portafusibili del valore totale di 10 €. Dopo nemmeno un'ora, resomi conto di un errore di acquisto ritorno con lo scontrino e chiedo di cambiare la merce con dell'altra merce più costosa a cui avrei ovviamente aggiunto altri soldi. Il commesso mi dice che non accettano resi e che lui, non essendoci il proprietario non si assume la responsabilità. Ok .chiedo allora quando posso trovare il proprietario? Mi risponde " E' il proprietario, verrà quando vuole lui no?". Basito chiedo quando posso ritornare per parlare con il proprietario per il cambio e ricevo la seguente risposta "Anche mai". Bene, posto cancellato definitivamente dalle mie frequentazioni. Tanto ormai su Amazon o Aliexpress trovi tutto e sono anche molto più economici. Vi sconsiglio vivamente di andare in questo negozio.
Yesterday 14/06/2021 a disconcerting thing happened to me, so much the rudeness of the salesman. I bought a couple of fuse holders worth a total of € 10. After less than an hour, I realize a purchase error, I return with the receipt and ask to exchange the goods with other more expensive goods to which I would obviously have added more money. The clerk tells me that they do not accept returns and that he, not being the owner, does not take responsibility. Ok. So I ask when can I find the owner? He replies "He's the owner, he'll come when he wants, right?". Basito I ask when I can return to speak with the owner about the change and I get the following answer "Even never". Well, place permanently deleted from my acquaintances. So now on Amazon or Aliexpress you can find everything and they are also much cheaper. I strongly advise against going to this shop.
