★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato uno strumento da 1400 euro che si è rotto dopo pochissimo tempo, portato in negozio per assistenza. Riparato e dopo neanche un mese si è rotto di nuovo. Riportato e mi è stato detto che non aveva niente e non si sapeva cosa potesse avere. Adesso si è rotto di nuovo per la terza volta e non perdo neanche tempo a riportarlo di nuovo perché mi verrebbe detta la stessa cosa: ossia che per loro il funziona e che non ha niente. lo butto via. Incompetenza totale e zero assistenza. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO
Bought a 1400 euro tool that broke after a very short time, brought to the shop for service. Repaired and after less than a month it broke again. Reported and was told he had nothing and no one knew what he could have. Now it broke again for the third time and I don't even waste time bringing it back because I would be told the same thing: which is that it works for them and that it has nothing. I throw it away.
