★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top top??? sono andato diverse volte vestito molto tanky di sicuro non mi hanno assolutamente snobbato, comunque ho sempre trovato persone disponibili che consigliano in base alle tue esigenze.
Quando mi son trovato con il device importante impallato mi hanno risolto nel giro di.pochi il.problema .
Hanno diverse modalità di pagamento che altri non hanno (apprezzato)
PS I prodotti Apple costano uguali dappertutto!
Ora che vi siete rifatti i look questo negozio è il migliore di Parma??
Top top??? I went several times dressed very tanky for sure they absolutely did not snub me, however I always found helpful people who advise according to your needs.
When I found myself with the important device crashed, they solved the problem within a few.
They have different payment methods that others have not (appreciated)
PS Apple products cost the same everywhere!
Now that you have redone your looks, this shop is the best in Parma??

Un dettaglio che fa la differenza, dopo una settimana dalll’acquisto di un PC ho ricevuto una telefonata da una ragazza del personale, Giulia, mi chiedeva come mi trovassi e se avessi bisogno di aiuto per impostare alcune cose sul computer. La cura del cliente è per loro di fondamentale importanza.
Consiglio a tutti coloro dovessero acquistare un iPhone, un Pc o anche solo per una consulenza.
Disarming excellence in everything, kindness, availability, environment always in order with a vast choice of products. A detail that makes the difference, a week after buying a PC I received a call from a staff girl, Giulia, asking me how I was and if I needed help setting up some things on the computer. Customer care is of fundamental importance to them.
I recommend to all those who buy an iPhone, a PC or even just for advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio ottimo e veloce. Qualche mese fa avevo portato il mio tablet perché non andava e me l’hanno fatto sostituire, qualche giorno dopo me ne hanno dato uno nuovo.
Qualche giorno fa si era rotto lo schermo del cellulare e dopo solamente un paio d’ore lo potevo ritirare come nuovo, grazie ad Angelo che ha fatto un ottimo lavoro.
Per qualsiasi prodotto nuovo apple o consulenza non dubiterò di recarmi da loro.
Great and fast service. A few months ago I brought my tablet because it didn't work and they had it replaced, a few days later they gave me a new one.
A few days ago the mobile phone screen broke and after only a couple of hours I could pick it up as new, thanks to Angelo who did a great job.
For any new apple products or advice, I won't hesitate to go to them.
