Dopo 4 mesi di attese e telefonate per una pratica di voltura in cui il call center mi ripete di avere pazienza, mi presento a questo portello dove mi viene candidamente detto che per via telematica lavorano male, meglio andare fisicamente in una delle loro sedi. Io perplesso chiedo delucidazioni, e mi viene risposto che beh, se preferivo potevo aspettare altri 4 mesi... Non capisco sinceramente, a parte la sensazione di essere preso per il cuo, che non è proprio il massimo, ma poi leggendo Enel in vetrina pensavo ci fosse un minimo di coordinamento, e invece no, anzi, i reparti si danno la colpa a vicenda.
