Prezzo onesto e cordialità. Consigliato. I was looking for a DVI-HDMI adapter. I went around several famous chain stores, in the end I was able to find it in this small well-stocked shop. Honest price and friendliness. Recommended.

Il Signor Mauro mi ha servita con estrema gentilezza e professionalità. Sono uscita da Parma Computer soddisfatta e in breve. Di questi tempi poi trovo molto più giusto fare acquisti nei negozi come questo (km zero) piuttosto che on line. Voto 10. I	Ilaria Gazza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza,parte entrare e sentirsi dire "io non sono capace" non è un buon inizio,avete trattato male una persona di 80 anni,un'arroganza mai ricevuta in nessun posto e non preoccupatevi, ascolterò il vostro consiglio e non metterò mai più piede da voi,il PC è già stato riparato con un risparmio di 110€ dal prezzo sparato da voi,poi non siete stati neanche capaci di montare una batteria,con la scusa che non era la sua,io ci sono riuscita in un secondo,noi avremo sbagliato a farvi perdere tempo,anche se avevo detto che ci avrei risarcito,ma mi avete risposto che non volevate nulla, i clienti vanno trattati sempre con rispetto,anche i più rompiscatole,buon viso a cattivogioco,fate attenzione a trattare male le persone perché vi si può ritorcere contro,col mio lavoro sono a contatto con decine,centinaia di persone al giorno,una brutta pubblicità fa più clamore di mille recensioni positive,con questo non dico di dirlo con tutti ,non siete così importanti da avervi nei miei pensieri,ma in caso mi chiedano consiglio..... Ho effettuato l’acquisto online essendo di un’altra città e ho trovato un professionista serio e affidabile ben lontano dai tanti negozianti frettolosi che, una volta venduto il prodotto, non si preoccupano di fornire l’assistenza ai clienti. Trovo davvero esemplare la disponibilità e la sollecitudine con cui Parma Computer gestisce i rapporti con i clienti ANCHE post-vendita. Consigliatissimo davvero, anche per chi, come me, non può accedere al negozio fisico ma solo al quello online. I bought my notebook from Parma Computer almost a year ago. I made the online purchase being from another city and I found a serious and reliable professional far from the many hasty shopkeepers who, once the product is sold, do not bother to provide customer assistance. I find the availability and promptness with which Parma Computer manages relations with customers, EVEN after-sales, to be truly exemplary. Highly recommended, even for those who, like me, cannot access the physical store but only the online one.

Sconsigliatissimo! Ci sono due categorie di commercianti: quello che sa consigliarti anche contro i propri interessi e quello che invece vuole rifilarti qualcosa a tutti i costi. Mauro appartiene alla seconda categoria di diritto. Sorvolando sulle mie disavventure in quel negozio (una di esse mi brucia ancora oggi a distanza di 15 anni), la risposta qui sotto inquadra bene il titolare: anziché domandarsi il perché di questa recensione, preferisce denigrare il cliente. Chapeau! Tranquillo che non c'è alcun rischio che torni. Chi se lo dimentica quel Pentium 3 venduto usato come funzionante e che invece aveva la scheda madre andata.... Emozioni forti! Si possono vivere solo con un negoziante che vuole rifilarti qualcosa a tutti i costi. E non vado oltre. Di sicuro là dentro non ci torno. The worst computer shop in Parma and its province. There are two categories of merchants: the one who knows how to advise you even against their own interests and the one who wants to give you something at all costs. Mauro belongs to the second category of law. Flying over my misadventures in that shop (one of them still burns me today after 15 years), the answer below frames the owner well: instead of wondering why this review, he prefers to denigrate the customer. Ebbene, devo dire di essermi trovato benissimo: confezione del pacco e spedizione perfette, estrema gentilezza e disponibilità del Sig. Mauro, ma soprattutto un rapporto umano, tramite email e per telefono, che non mi sarei mai aspettato in una vendita tramite Internet. Raccomandabilissimo! I bought a laptop online with a certain amount of uncertainty, being from another city and not knowing Parma Computer at all. Well, I must say that I had a great time: perfect packaging and shipping, Mr. Mauro's extreme kindness and helpfulness, but above all a human relationship, by email and by phone, that I would never have expected in an Internet sale.
