Grazie per questa festa unica, non mancava nulla. Sunday we celebrated the 21st birthday of daughter Rebecca it was a wonderful experience, fantastic evening, the people who work at Quincy are polite, nice and always available. Sola per i cocktail fatti male e costosi. Vista e considerata la richiesta di un ulteriore feedback, sono qui per approfondire la mia precedente recensione. Vero, il giudizio del cocktail “fatto male” potrebbe essere soggettiva, non c’è dubbio. Essendo bartender però so riconoscere quando un cocktail è fatto male e quando uno è fatto bene; di conseguenza se prendo un Cuba libre mi aspetto che segui la ricetta: 1 oncia e un quarto di rum, 3/4 di oncia di succo di lime e top di coca cola, versato rigorosamente in ROCK ALTO, no un bicchierino di plastica per l’acqua, ma oltre a ciò non c’era traccia nemmeno di succo di lime, rendendo così il cocktail da un cuba libre uno squallido rum e cola. Punto due: i famigerati 5 euro “sotto media” del cocktail extra sono una fandonia, una volta chiesto al barman se potessi averne un altro mi è stato risposto “10€” e non 5€, se fosse stato a 5 sicuramente lo avrei preso. Per quando riguarda le delucidazioni sul servizio catering, ho dato una valutazione sull’assortimento del cibo offerto in quanto originale e gustoso. (originale per i mini hamburger sulla griglia e i mini hot dog) Spero ora di essere stato più chiaro. Nice place, frequented for a birthday party, has more than one room for the same evening, discreet reception service, originality in the catering. Only for badly made and expensive cocktails. Having seen and considered the request for further feedback, I'm here to elaborate on my previous review. True, the judgment of the "badly done" cocktail could be subjective, there is no doubt. Being a bartender, however, I know how to recognize when a cocktail is made badly and when one is done well; consequently if I take a Cuba libre I expect you to follow the recipe: 1 ounce and a quarter of rum, 3/4 of an ounce of lime juice and top of coke, strictly poured in HIGH ROCK, not a plastic cup for the 'water, but beyond that there was no trace of lime juice either, thus making the cocktail from a cuba libre a sleazy rum and cola. Point two: the infamous "below average" 5 euro of the extra cocktail is a lie, once I asked the barman if I could have another one, I was told "10 €" and not 5 €, if it had been 5 I would certainly have taken it . As for the explanations on the catering service, I gave an evaluation of the assortment of food offered as original and tasty. (original for mini burgers on the grill and mini hot dogs) I hope now I have been clearer.

Particolare eligio per la qualità culinaria e l'allestimento . La festa per il 18esimo di mio nipote ha ricevuto plausi da adulti e dai molti giovani partecipanti. Grazie a Quincy club?? Excellent structure to celebrate 18 years, anniversaries, baptisms, first Communions in every season. Qualified and competent personnel. Particular elegance for the culinary quality and the preparation. My grandson's 18th party received applause from adults and many young attendees. Thanks to Quincy club??

Ottimo staff molto organizzato, disponibile e simpatico, sicurezza all’entrata attenta anche alle norme anti Covid, ottimo cibo e molto abbondante. Qualità prezzo ottimo. Bravissimo il dj ad intrattenere gli invitati fino a tarda sera e bellissime fatte da un impeccabile fotografo. Da provare assolutamente. A beautiful place to throw a party.
