★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo fatto un appuntamento per nostro figlio di 5 anni perché aveva una infezione nell’orecchio e forti dolori a causa della piscina, sapevamo che era una otite esterna perché l’ha avuta già l’anno scorso. Tutto questo avevamo spiegato già via telefono alla assistente, quindi pensavamo che ci avesse capito. Arrivati là comincia con la visita che risulta in un trauma per nostro figlio - nonostante mio figlio grida con dolore che gli sta facendo male, gli viene infilato il oroscopio con una ruvidezza mai vista. Invece di fermarsi, il cosiddetto dottore afferma pure: “no, non gli ho fatto niente” e dice con una arroganza che non stia cooperando. Siamo stati da diversi dottori e nostro figlio ha sempre cooperato, non è un bambino che si mette per ogni piccolezza a piangere. Alla fine ci prescrive delle medicine che non gli hanno per niente aiutato, quindi dopo il fine settimana con febbre alta decidiamo di andare a un otorino di professione all’EUR con uno vero studio medico che gli da finalmente la medicazione e il trattamento corretto.
È stato la prima e ultima volta che siamo andati da questo dottore e lo sconsigliamo del tutto..

We had already explained all this to the assistant over the phone, so we thought she understood us. Once there it begins with the visit which results in a trauma for our son - despite my son screaming with pain that it is hurting him, the horoscope is inserted with a roughness never seen before. Instead of stopping, the so-called doctor also states: "no, I didn't do anything to him" and says with an arrogance that he is not cooperating. We have been to several doctors and our son has always cooperated, he is not a child who starts crying for every little thing. In the end he prescribes some medicines that have not helped him at all, so after the weekend with a high fever we decide to go to a professional ENT at EUR with a real doctor's office that finally gives him the correct medication and treatment.
It was the first and last time we went to this doctor and we totally advise against it.
