★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qulche lavorante non sapeva parlare tedesco e neanche italiano abastanza coretto. Glielo ho dovuto dare un cacciavite perche doveva aprire una copertura nel muro.
Qulche worker could not speak German and even Italian Abasto choir. I'll have to give a screwdriver because I had to open the roof on a wall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sollten bei uns die Glasfaser einziehen. Sie hatten die Adresse und Telefonnummer. Haben uns vergessen und behauptet die Glasfaser ist schon eingezogen. 2 Versuch. Haben Ihnen ausdrücklich mitgeteilt das sie uns Anufen sollen wenn der Techiker vor Ort ist. Wieder nix. Warte immer noch.
Should move in with us the glass fiber. They had the address and phone number. Forgot us and claims the fiber has already moved in. Second attempt. Have you expressly informed that you should call us when the technician is on site. Nothing again. Still waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Schade das man keine 0 Sterne Bewertung abgeben kann.
1) “Techniker” sind sehr schlecht ausgebildet. Wissen z.B nicht mal was “splicing” bedeutet.
2) “Techniker” arbeiten ohne Logik und Verstand. BEP werden falsch installiert, obwohl alles perfekt vorbereitet wurde.
3) Alles was irgendwie von der Standardarbeit abweicht überfordert die Mitarbeiter.
4) Arbeiten werden sehr hektisch erledigt. Kommunikation ist sehr eingeschränkt und unzureichend.
5) Angebot welches die Gemeinden erhalten hat, bzw. welches von der Gemeinden veröffentlicht wurde, war sehr uneindeutig und mit “versteckten Kosten” verbunden.
6) Etwas weniger relevant, aber trotzdem negativ, die Mitarbeiter sprechen nur Italienisch.
7) Abschluss der Arbeiten zieht sich ewig. Nach knapp einem Monat mit bereits kollaudierten BEP sind die Arbeiten in der Gemeinde immer noch nicht abgeschlossen worden.
Very bad experiences. Too bad that you can not give a 0 star rating.
1) "technicians" are very poorly trained. For example, not knowing what "splicing" means.
2) "Technicians" work without logic and reason. BEP are installed incorrectly, although everything was perfectly prepared.
3) Everything that differs from the standard work somehow overwhelms the employees.
4) Work is done very hectic. Communication is very limited and inadequate.
5) Offer received by the communities or published by the communities was very ambiguous and associated with "hidden costs".
6) Slightly less relevant, but still negative, employees only speak Italian.
7) Completion of the works is forever. After less than a month with BEP, which has already been interviewed, work in the community has still not been completed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Null oder Minus-Sterne sind leider nicht möglich zu vergeben, sonst würde ich es. Haben mir die Glasfaserbox nun das 3x installiert. Der orange Hart-Plastikschlauch wurde nicht an der Mauer ordnungsgemäß fixiert und deshalb, durch die Spannung immer wieder das Glasfaser rausgezogen bis es gerissen ist...Ach ja, der Kundendienst hat mir dann am Telefon unterstellt, ich hätte ihn rausgerissen. Das Problem ist, dass man von ihnen abhängig ist und jedes mal 140 Euro zahlt! ...Nochwas der Techniker ist mit dem Auto in den Garten reingefahren.
Zero or minus stars are unfortunately not possible, otherwise I would. I have now installed the fiber optic box 3x. The orange hard plastic tube was not properly fixed to the wall and therefore, the tension repeatedly pulled the glass fiber out until it broke ... Oh yes, the customer service then reported to me on the phone that I would have torn it out. The problem is that you depend on them and pay 140 euros each time! ... Something else the technician drove into the garden with the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Firma machte uns Druck innerhalb einer Woche das Lehrrohr für die Glasfaser vom Haus bis an die Grundstücksgrenze zu verlegen, danach hat sie sich monatelang nicht gemeldet. Nach über einen Jahr ist die Faser endlich verlegt worden, heute sollte die Leitung nachdem wieder Monate vergangen sind endlich zertifiziert werden; nun stellte sich heraus das die Linie nicht meiner Hausnummer entspricht. Die Angstellten der Firma antworten gerne im präpotenten Ton, auf Fragen gehen sie nicht oder nur sehr ungern ein. Hoffentlich sind die Arbeiten bald zu Ende, ich will mit dieser Firma nichts meht zu Tun haben.
The company put pressure on us to lay the conduit for the fiber optics from the house to the property line within a week, after which they did not contact us for months. After more than a year the fiber was finally laid, today the line should finally be certified after months have passed again; now it turned out that the line does not correspond to my house number. The employees of the company like to answer in a prepotential tone, they do not answer questions or only with great reluctance. Hopefully the work will be over soon, I don't want anything to do with this company.
