I dettagli: trasloco da Laives a Bolzano, sono arrivati in 5 operai, tutti molto gentili, cordiali, educati e disponibili alle nostre richieste e attenzioni. Sono arrivati alle 8 del mattino, e hanno lavorato instancabilmente fino a tarda sera, mettendo cura in ogni azione anche quando la stanchezza ormai si faceva visibilmente sentire. Tutto il mobilio è stato smontato, maneggiato, imballato con cura e rimontato ad arte. Non abbiamo sentito una lamentela, una parolaccia, e anzi, hanno fatto più di quanto era stato loro richiesto, senza variazione alcuna sul prezzo finale. E se vogliamo parlare anche di prezzi, prima di affidarci a loro ne ho contattati altri tre di traslocatori, e confrontando i preventivi, ci sono ditte che davvero ne approfittano tristemente. Un grazie di cuore a Gregory e a tutta la squadra che in una giornata hanno reso possibile l'inizio della nostra grande avventura. Dovrebbero esserci più ditte così, armate di professionalità, disponibilità, cortesia e onestà. Li consiglio ad occhi chiusi. If I could I would give even 6 stars. The details: moving from Laives to Bolzano, they arrived in 5 workers, all very kind, friendly, polite and available to our requests and attentions. They arrived at 8 am, and worked tirelessly until late in the evening, taking care of every action even when fatigue was visibly felt. All the furniture has been disassembled, handled, carefully packaged and reassembled. We did not hear a complaint, a dirty word, and indeed, they did more than what was requested of them, without any change in the final price. And if we want to talk about prices too, before relying on them I contacted three other movers, and comparing the estimates, there are companies that really take advantage of it sadly. A big thank you to Gregory and to the whole team that made the start of our great adventure possible in one day. There should be more companies like this, armed with professionalism, availability, courtesy and honesty. I recommend them with your eyes closed.
