β β β β β Really bad office..bad staff.. they knew nothing about dealing with clients... All they use to do is shake their shoulders in italian way and answer no questions. It took me 6 months to get my residence permit of one year. This bad behaviour and staff must be changed immediately

β β β β β After 7.5 months of staying in Siena, I was finally able to get a residence permit. Only it is valid after receiving only 2 weeks (the end of my stay in Italy). I couldn't do a lot of things without this document. This is a complete mockery.
