★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I expected the worst but actually they helped me a lot! Be patience. The procedures are complex so it is mainly the burocracy of Italy to receive one star reviews, and in my opinion it is not fault of the people at this office for that (they just apply the law).. the people here are quite helpfull and if you are polite and show them respect, I can confirm they are very willing to help and they will do their best to solve your situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t even call people by there names, but by countries. They treat you horribly. Even if you have an appointment, be prepared to wait 5 hours in a queue outside. Oh and yes I’ve been waiting for my permesso di soggiorno for 1,3 years now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad system, rude staff members and police officers, no exact appointments you got to go as early as possible, they make u wait 4/5 hours and plus. I wish i couldn’t recommend it but obviously it’s necessary. If i could not rate it at all it would be even better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this place is just disgusting people inside the office do not wear masks, they smoke and have a hideous attitude. starting by the guards they do not give accurate information, the staff inside take the time of their life to two fingerprints and some documents. Last but not least if you live in a country where you earn a significant amount of money from tourists at least speak basic English, its 2021 English is a very useful language!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish you NEVER visit his place! Wandering why an EU Country doesn't make procedures easier, automatic or even on-line (I CAN PAY EVEN MORE FOR THAT!) - but instead they torture people waiting ALL DAY in the rain & sun burn and in the end they just can say : Come next week!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ gotta go there 3 times a year and every single time it takes forever, i really don’t understand why the system hasn’t improved by now, everything is so messy staff has given me the wrong information various times. a process like a permit renewal should take one month not 7 months, as soon as i get my new permit i already need to start thinking on renewing it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The police at the door dont know what they are advising to people for certain problems. So expect some misinformation and a long process if you need something from this agency. If youre appointment is 10am expect to wait 2 hours or more to process your documents. And it is stupidly long if your renewing your permit to stay or permesso di soggiorno. From the apppication period to the releasing it would take them 9 months or more for 120 euros estimate.. whats even worse is the validity is just 1 year. Which is kind stupid. They need to fix the system here or assign the process of permesso to another agency. Because the service in this agency is what you call in italian "che bruttisimo servizio".
