R	Roberta Memoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina insieme con mia madre mi sono recata in Questura ,gentilissima la poliziotta....il restante meno .....Non avendo il computer a casa ho chiesto la prenotazione dei passaporti ,non immaginate le mille inutili chiacchiere....a parte che abbiamo aspettato la persone del settore ma nulla...un' impiegata troppo disturbata e non vi era nessuno ,non ha voluto compilare due prenotazioni affermando che a lei non spettava ( e' risaputo invece,come riportato dal sito che le prenotazioni online servono solo per evitare le lunghe attese in ufficio.....)e che si poteva fare attraverso le agenzie di viaggio,Caf o internet point.Stesso in mattinata informata di cio' ,e' risultata errata tale informazione riguardante Caf e agenzia di viaggii ;spetta all'organo competente ,ovvero Questura.Si precisa inoltre,che causa covid e' complicato accedere agli Internet point.....( a Salerno non vi sono molti.....) . Same morning informed of this, this information regarding Caf and agency was incorrect. I traveled; it is up to the competent body, or Questura. It should also be noted that due to covid it is difficult to access the Internet points ..... (in Salerno there are not many .....).

Spero vivamente di non dover mai più mettere piede in questa struttura. As far as I'm concerned, uneducated, presumptuous behavior, total unavailability and much more ... And to think that they should be helpful to citizens. I sincerely hope I never have to set foot in this property again.

Il centralista gentile mi ha subito passato al telefono la responsabile sig.ra Caravano efficiente, competente e disponibilissima che mi ha subito fissato un appuntamento, l'operatore alla denuncia smarrimento velocissimo, quello all'ufficio consegna documentazione risolutivo.
