Il servizio risulta ridicolo, dal momento in cui entro in un pub di ispirazione americana mi aspetto quanto meno una corretta pronuncia dei nomi dei panini, ma ancora prima di questo LA CONOSCENZA DEL MENÙ, è inaccettabile che i camerieri non conoscano i nomi dei panini. Tra cucina e servizio sembra non esserci comunicazione: i panini escono senza ordine e i camerieri non sanno dove portarli, senza contare ovviamente un'attesa smisurata per un locale la cui utenza è nettamente inferiore ad altri locali della stessa zona che nonostante ciò offrono un servizio al tavolo nettamente superiore. I panini valgono il prezzo, per quanto riguarda i pancake sembrano gomma da masticare. Il locale è molto curato, rende bene l'atmosfera americana, la pulizia del locale è buona. Un po' di confusione alla cassa. Per giunta nei confronti dei clienti già insoddisfatti e alterati parte del personale si pone in maniera sgarbata. Non ci tornerei. from the change of management the place has become nothing short of nightmare. The service is ridiculous, from the moment I enter an American-inspired pub I expect at least a correct pronunciation of the names of the sandwiches, but even before this THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE MENU, it is unacceptable that the waiters do not know the names of the sandwiches. Between cuisine and service there seems to be no communication: the sandwiches come out without order and the waiters do not know where to take them, without obviously counting a huge wait for a room whose use is much lower than other rooms in the same area that nevertheless offer a service to the table clearly superior. The sandwiches are worth the price, as far as pancakes are concerned they look like chewing gum. The restaurant is very nice, it gives a good American atmosphere, the cleanliness of the place is good. A bit confusing at the checkout. On the other hand, part of the staff is rude towards customers who are already dissatisfied and altered. I wouldn't go back.
