Ho chiamato un ufficio per chiedere lumi, mi hanno detto di mandare un'e-mail con allegata una lettera del datore di lavoro per richiedere una procedura urgente. Ho inviato questa email ma, ovviamente, è tornata indietro (non ho la PEC e mi avevano assicurato che sarebbe arrivato lo stesso). Ho provato a ricontattare il n. di telefono, NESSUNO RISPONDE. Questi non sono lì per dare un servizio al pubblico, ma per complicare il più possibile la vita al pubblico, che considerano meno di niente! Passport required for work use with the SPID (I had to do the SPID specifically). Appointment given on July 15 to submit the application. I called an office to ask for guidance, they told me to send an email with a letter from the employer attached to request an urgent procedure. I sent this email but, of course, it came back (I don't have the PEC and I was assured that it would arrive anyway). I tried to contact n. by phone, NO ONE ANSWERS. These are not there to give a service to the public, but to complicate the life of the public as much as possible, which they consider less than nothing!

The garage owner asked for the help of the police to solve the problem. The police patrol listened both parties and acted professionally. They (police officers) were really polite, kind and patient. The police officer could communicate well in English. The police officers didn't favor the local garage owner against the tourists (us) rather brought a wise and optimum solution. Thank you for that!

I am a citizen of Russian Federation and the employees of yours made comments about the way I look and even call the people of the cleaning service to show that I look so different from the image they expected, I hope you will take this information into consideration, I felt disgust and disrespect.
