A parte l'imponenza e la meraviglia di quest'albero, l'itinerario in sé (molto semplice e breve) è lasciato purtroppo allo stato brado quando invece si potrebbe curarlo e valorizzarlo aggiungendovi pannelli informativi sulla flora e la fauna locale, cestini, un'area pic nik, un percorso ludico per bambini, una rete sentieristica varia. Purtroppo la parte vecchia del paese da cui si prende il sentiero è visibilmente ferita dall'ultimo sisma che ci fu ad Amatrice. Se si è da queste parti, consiglio di farsi un giro nella vicina "Località Tre Ponti" al paese sotto, decisamente più curata. Per fruire dei servizi (bar, ristorante, albergo, market, farmacia, ecc.) bisogna raggiungere altri paesi del comune di Cagnano (S. Giovanni, S. Cosimo, Sala, ecc.) in quanto a Corruccioni non ce ne sono.
Corruccioni is my historic summer resort town. Apart from the grandeur and the wonder of this tree, the itinerary itself (very simple and short) is unfortunately left in the wild when it could be cured and enhanced by adding information panels on the local flora and fauna, baskets, a pic nik area, a playful path for children, a varied network of paths. Unfortunately, the old part of the town from which you take the path is visibly damaged by the last earthquake that occurred in Amatrice. If you are in these parts, I recommend taking a tour in the nearby "Località Tre Ponti" in the town below, which is much more well-kept. To use the services (bar, restaurant, hotel, market, pharmacy, etc.) you have to reach other towns in the municipality of Cagnano (S. Giovanni, S. Cosimo, Sala, etc.) as there are none in Corruccioni.
