Da visitare assolutamente compreso il borgo di Greccio. The nativity scenes of various cultures of the world are very suggestive. M	Mimmo Fanigliulo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente uno dei più interessanti musei di questa antica tradizione realizzato ovviamente a Greccio il luogo in cui è stato realizzato il promo presepio al mondo nel 1223 da San Francesco D'assisi, realizzato nella recuperata chiesa di Santa Maria risalente a XIII secolo, il personale addetto è molto cordiale e preparato, all'interno è possibile visitare presepi di qualsiasi ampiezza e materiali provenienti da vari paesi del mondo e ovviamente da tutta Italia, assolutamente da visitare se si passa da Greccio. A	Andrea Di Franco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Più di 100 presepi, realizzati con differenti tecniche e materiali, partendo dai classici in terracotta, in ceramica, in legno ai più moderni in polistirene e stucchi. Alcuni bellissimi e strepitosi. L'accesso all'entrata è un pò difficoltoso ma possibile. Il percorso interno è accessibile a tutti e gradevole, a parte alcuni tratti rialzati. Al piano primo c'è una proiezione continua con una cinquantina di posti a sedere su poltroncine. Servizi al piano terra. Prezzo biglietto a soli 2€ More than 100 cribs, made with different techniques and materials, starting from the classic terracotta, ceramic, wood to the most modern polystyrene and stucco. M	Massimo Giampiccolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il locale che lo accoglie, una ex chiesa, e' ristrutturato e ben tenuto . Il costo del biglietto 2 euro, e' molto contenuto ed alla portata di tutti. Al suo interno accoglie in mostra presepi provenienti da svariate parti ed alcuni sono davvero molto belli, notevole quello realizzato interamente con sabbia marina di cui allego foto. Un luogo da visitare soprattutto in codesto periodo per avere contatto con quanto accaduto nella " Notte delle notti" nel lontano 1223. The restaurant that houses it, a former church, is renovated and well maintained. The cost of the 2 euro ticket is very low and affordable for everyone. Inside it shows cribs coming from various parts and some are really very beautiful, noteworthy is the one made entirely with marine sand of which I attach photos. A place to visit especially in this period to have contact with what happened in the "Night of the nights" in the distant 1223.

Museo ricavato all'interno dell'antica Chiesa Santa Maria del XIII secolo e di un altro edificio storico, ,collegati insieme da un tunnel, ove sono ubicati i Presepi Internazionali, il tutto grazie ad una sapiente opera di recupero, bellissimo museo con più di centoventi opere al suo interno, Internazionali, Nazionali e Locali, strumento di dialogo fra le diverse culture e religioni, strumento di PACE! Una info utile: collegatevi tutti il 27 maggio p.v. su Rai1 in prima serata,.21.25, con "Ulisse" la trasmissione di Alberto Angela ,che è pronto a raccontare e mostrare i luoghi di San Francesco d'Assisi, con un ampio servizio dal Santuario francescano di Greccio, vicinissimo al Museo Internazionale del Presepe, a due km. Nella serata non si vedrà il Museo, ma hanno promesso che torneranno! Gli Orari museali, nel periodo estivo, in vigore dal 24 maggio al 19 Settembre sono i seguenti: (Lunedì Chiuso) da martedì alla Domenica e Festivi 9.30 - 12.30/ 15.30 - 18.00 - gradita e preferita la prenotazione on line e/o telefonica con almeno un giorno d'anticipo, sino a nuove disposizioni governative! m	massimiliano spedicato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella esperienza ...!! 01.01.2022 soprattutto per gli appassionati di presepi (peccato per la poca affluenza per colpa della pandemia). A pochi passi da Rieti bel paesino ben tenuto e buona organizzazione. Il museo da visitare è aperto tutto l'anno per gli appassionati. Esperienza da ripetere. Consigliatissimo!!? Good experience ...!! 01.01.2022 especially for lovers of cribs (shame about the low turnout due to the pandemic). A few steps from Rieti, a beautiful well-kept village and good organization. The museum to visit is open all year for enthusiasts. Experience to be repeated. Highly recommended !! ?
