Cave hermitage but not open to the public. The place is easy to access, being today at the edge of a fairly busy road. Possibility of meditating in front of the adjoining cave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosciuto come l'eremo di Fra Nicola,l' ultimo eremita del Gran Sasso ,che condusse una vita laboriosa e di preghiera, restaurò vari eremi della zona tra cui quello di Santa Colomba e costrui questo di sana pianta ,dove visse negli ultimi suoi anni..davvero bello ed interessante.⛪?✋?. Grazie a Dio ?
Known as the hermitage of Fra Nicola, the last hermit of the Gran Sasso, who led a life of labor and prayer, he restored various hermitages in the area including that of Santa Colomba and built this from scratch, where he lived in his last years ..really beautiful and interesting.⛪?✋?. Thank God ?
