★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È la seconda volta che compro in questo negozio. Già la prima volta sono stata servita da una commessa (o se proprietaria/o sarebbe ancora più grave) in modo supponente e maleducato. A fatica, e sotto mia educatissima insistenza ,mi sono stati mostrati vari articoli, che poi ho acquistato.
La seconda volta, avendo necessità dello stesso articolo e non trovandolo da altre parti ci sono ritornata. Stessa commessa, maleducatissima e infastidita, che mi bacchetta sulla terminologia esatta degli articoli (ho una laurea ma purtroppo non sono specializzata in articoli di biancheria). Avrei voglia di andarmene ma purtroppo quell'articolo mi serve..sicuro che dopo questo acquisto non ci entrerò mai più, oltretutto nella stessa piazza ci sono attività simili in cui sono gentili e disponibili.
Mi domando come da Queirolo venga effettuata la selezione del personale..se si hanno evidenti problemi di comunicazione e la totale mancanza di un minimo di empatia con clienti peraltro educati, direi che il rapporto col pubblico dovrebbe essere vivamente "sconsigliato". Evidentemente si possono permettere di perdere clienti.
Sconsigliassimo, peccato perché sono abbastanza forniti, ma ripeto, ci sono altri negozi a pochi metri dove capiscono che la cortesia è la base, oltre che di buona educazione, di buon rendimento della attività commerciale.
This is my second time shopping in this shop. The first time I was already served by a saleswoman (or if owner / or it would be even more serious) in an opinionated and rude way. With difficulty, and under my very polite insistence, I was shown various items, which I then bought.
The second time, needing the same article and not finding it elsewhere, I went back to it. Same clerk, very rude and annoyed, who wanders me on the exact terminology of the articles (I have a degree but unfortunately I am not specialized in articles of linen). I would like to leave but unfortunately I need that article .. I am sure that after this purchase I will never enter it again, moreover in the same square there are similar activities in which they are kind and helpful.
I wonder how Queirolo does the selection of staff .. if you have obvious communication problems and the total lack of a minimum of empathy with otherwise polite customers, I would say that the relationship with the public should be strongly "not recommended". Evidently they can afford to lose customers.
We do not recommend, too bad because they are quite well-stocked, but I repeat, there are other shops a few meters away where they understand that courtesy is the basis, as well as good manners, of good business performance.
